About Us
Walter and Linda Hunsinger, of Mansfield, Ohio, formed Hunsinger Builders, LLC in 1995. The family had been in the construction industry for many years prior to beginning construction of Tower Lakes Condominiums, also in 1995. Many years of planning and preparing by Walter and Linda took place prior to beginning phase 1 of the community. They opened their first, finished model home in the spring of 1996 and have been building this community ever since.
Walt and Linda's son, Brandon, came home to work in the family business full time after graduating from college in 1999. Prior to graduation. Brandon worked with his parents in the construction business while on breaks during his primary school and college years. Walt and Linda's oldest daughter, Tami, started working in the construction business full time in 2010. Tami also worked in the business part-time prior to 2010. Walt and Linda are still involved in, and actively work at the business to this day. Brandon is now the managing partner and he and his sister, Tami, manage the day-to-day operations or building condominiums at lower Lakes.

This is the 4th home that we have built from ground up. These have been from Canton, MI to Philadelphia, PA to Chicago, IL and now Mansfield, OH. They kept us updated on a regular basis on the progress of our condo and made us feel extremely comfortable even when there was the possibility of delay. It is a family owned builder and they take pride in their work and their product, all the while, making us feel like we are part of their family.
